This is my POP TART ART!! Oh yeah.. i am soooo clever.
I decided on this color scheme... well... because its basically the coolest thing ever. HA! No not really.
I chose it because they are complimentary colors. I mean come on
what isnt more flattering than a purple chick with blue and yellow stripes?? Think about it for a while... and then within 5 minutes, you will be like, "Yeah she is right... it is the coolest thing ever".
Maybe they will use this in the next James Bond movie... oh what an honor for them hey... my art in their movie.
Oh yeah.
I think its awesome... because its me with a fake gun and i am purple. I MEAN COME ON!!

This is Bald Lady.
She shaves peoples heads when they have to much hair
and glues it to other peoples heads when they want more or dont have enough.
Blad lady is approximately 32 years old. She has no children.
She is married to her husband Mark Johnstan. They have been happily married for 5 years.
they plan to have children in the future.
They are both bald.
when the children come, bald lady plans to continue her plight as bald lady.

For this particular piece i chose to use slightly softer colors. Although the constrast of the black did make them appear quite vibrant, they really are soft colors. I chose there colors because i feel that these colors make the picture a little easier on the eyes.
I do, though, feel that the picture would have been slightly better if the lines could have been removed. In this case the hands would have somewhat blended with the background, and then the lines wouldnt have had that sharp effect that i am noticing as i type this.
unfortunately i was unable or not allowed, rather, to remove the lines although i wanted to.

This piece of graphic art is an album cover for a well known favourite of mine... Our Lady Peace.
The Cover holds a variety of colors including toned down turquoise, yellow, and a touch of black here and there. I think the reason for the choice of colors is because they all contrast so you notice everything about the picture.
The images are quite bizarre, but the layout is simple. The Words are centered and the image is to the left, making the words visible, but not the main point.
